How long does a renovation take?

From day one of demolition to finished product  of a “straight forward” same size renovation is generally 10 days.
However, for a more complex renovation (i.e: moving walls, relocating toilets or laundryrooms or changing room size) effects this and takes a few days longer…Once we have discussed your needs, I can accurately determine the job length.

Note, shower screen installation takes approximately one week from the end of job.

Will my home get messy?

My team and I pride ourselves on minimum disruption to your home, and take special care preparing the work and traffic areas to protect floorcoverings and other rooms from dust dirt and debris.   We use industrial fans and vaccums to remove dust as we work to ensure this is kept to an absolute minimum.  We take away all the rubbish, the old bathroom and any other rubbish we create throughout the renovation.  On completion of the job we ensure your home is just as clean as when we started – except your new bathroom/toilet and or laundry will sparkle!

Does my bathroom have to have the same layout as before?

No, Together we will design a bathroom to suit your current needs,  if you see fit, we can move the toilet or laundry, incorporate the laundry, move a wall, change a window, move the bath or shower.  At your initial consultation we can discuss  your options, after which I will supply you with a design/s to work with.

Do I have to supply anything?

No, once you have made your selections, I will order all materials required including hardware, tapware, tiles, glue, grout and paint.  With a majestic bathroom all you need to do is sit back and await the final result.

How much does an average bathroom renovation cost?

How long is a piece of string?  I can help you design a bathroom to fit in with your budget. It really depends on the size of your bathroom, your choices of tiles,fixtures and fittings, and any changes in structure…your detailed quote is valid for 90 days.
